Description
These non-isolated Orion DC-DC converters change one DC voltage into another, so equipment can run from a battery system of a different voltage. A remote on/off input means no heavy-current switch is needed in the input wiring: a small switch or the engine run/stop switch can control the converter instead.
This listing is the Orion 48/12-60A IP20: it takes a 48 V battery supply and delivers 12 V at up to 60 A, for running 12 V equipment from a 48 V system.
