Description
The Skylla-i is a powerful battery charger for 24 V systems, smaller and lighter than comparable chargers. For lead-acid batteries it varies the absorption time to suit the battery, limits the voltage to avoid excessive gassing and drops to a storage mode when the batteries are not in use; it is also ready for lithium batteries. PowerControl caps the current drawn from shore power, and its VE.Can port speaks NMEA 2000 for integration with the boat's network.
This listing is the Skylla-i 24/100(3) 230V: charging at 100 A from a 230V supply (185 to 265 V). In the name, (3) means three fully rated outputs and (1+1) one fully rated output plus a low-current output for a starter battery. Victron recommends it for banks of 500 to 10,000 Ah.
